The management of the affairs of the Division is vested upon an Executive Committee consisting of up to seven members selected from the Society membership.  Members of the Executive Committee, representing all areas of aerospace, convene periodically to coordinate and discuss the Division's overall program and plans.

The Executive Committee establishes technical committees to provide the means of representing the Division in technical areas essential to the Division's objectives.
