The Computers and Information in Engineering (CIE) Division sponsors the
Distinguished Service Award to recognize a person for dedicated service

Best Ph.D. Thesis/Dissertation Award
CIE Best Ph.D. Dissertation Committee sponsors a promising young investigator who authored the best Ph.D thesis of the year in the area of computers and information in engineering.  View more information on this award.

Best Paper Awards
During the annual CIE conference, the best paper is selected from the entire
conference as well as each of the technical committees. The selection is made
by the executive committee after nomination from the technical committee
chair leadership, based on the following criteria: Relevance to CIE, Originality
of Contribution, Breadth of Applicability, Problem Difficulty, Demonstration of
Success, Potential for Replication by Others, Quality of Written and Visual
Aspects, Comments by Reviewers or Recommendations.  View more information on this award.
