The Dynamic Systems and Control Division has its largest conference participation at the ASME's International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition. Panels consistently participate in joint symposia with panels from other divisions and publish bound volumes of the technical papers. The DSCD also holds a business meeting of its executive committee each year at the IMECE.
ASME, through the Dynamic Systems and Control Division is a major co-sponsoring and co-organizing society of the American Control Conference (ACC), the premier conference in the U.S.A. in the field of Automatic Control. It is organized jointly by several professional societies, including IEEE, ASME, AIAA, AICE, AISE, ISA, and SCS, and it involves technical presentations on every aspect of Automatic Control. The ACC features exhibits by vendors, publishers, and software houses. The DSCD also holds a business meeting of its executive committee each year at the ACC.
