The Department of Energy organized a Conference with the title XCHANGE covering a number of topics related to decontamination and decommissioning. The Environmental Communication Committee was a Cosponsor of that conference which had over 1,000 participants. During that Conference several sessions were entirely devoted to environmental communication. Selected papers presented at that Conference are being published in a peer-reviewed journal.
