Six members recommended to COH by the Fluids Engineering Division for two-year terms commencing at the conclusion of the Fluids Engineering Division Summer Meeting (FEDSM) and expiring at the conclusion of the Fluids Engineering Division Summer Meeting.  No member may serve more than two consecutive two-year terms so staggered that no more than two members shall expire at the close of each FEDSM.  One member will be designated from each of the six Technical Committees.
