Advanced Plants and Technology Committee 3  

Mission Statement:
To promote development and deployment of advanced nuclear plants and technology to contribute to the well-being of humankind.

Objectives of the committee:
     a) Provide for a forum to exchange technical ideas, discuss industry, technology
         and regulatory trends related to advanced nuclear plants and technologies
         among the members of the committee
     b) Serve as a mechanism to develop position statements, representing global
         view, on the nuclear energy development
     c) Support conducting international conferences on nuclear engineering
