PVPD Honors Committee Membership
Thirteen members are recommended to the ASME Committee on Honors by the PVPD Honors Committee after approval by the PVPD Executive Committee. The PVPD Honors Committee is composed of a member of the Executive Committee who serves as the Chairman, three past PVPD Chairmen, one representative from each PVPD Technical Committee and one representative from the International Committee. The Chairman serves a four-year term coincident with the first four years as a member of the PVPD Executive Committee. Each member serves a three-year term. No member may serve more than two consecutive three-year terms. The Chairman and members of the Honors Committee are not eligible to be nominated for the PVPD Medal or the PVPD Outstanding Service Award while members of the Committee.
