The ASME Power Division Heat Exchanger Committee members are from all areas of the power generation industry including utilities, independent power producers, architect-engineers, consultants, service companies, and manufacturers. Many of the members are recognized as published authors, instructors, inventors, as well as industry experts. With nearly 50 members, this Committee is one of the largest and most active technical committees in the ASME Power Division. Through panel discussions and technical paper sessions, the Heat Exchanger Committee provides a valuable forum for plant engineers and service companies to advance the performance and reliability of heat exchangers. The Committee monitors the activities of the Heat Exchanger Institute (HEI), the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the Cooling Technology Institute (CTI). Members of the Committee conduct continuing education short courses related to heat exchangers.
