Aerospace
Division members solicit, initiate, review and submit recommendations
for ASME honors and awards to recognize outstanding individual
technical contributions to the industry. The Division participates
or sponsors up to eight(8) awards per year.
Society Level Awards
- Spirit
of St. Louis Medal
- Daniel
Guggenheim Medal
An international, multi-society award (ASME,SAE and AIAA),
presented annually at an event organized by the Society
sponsoring honoree, for the recognition of notable achievement
in the advancement of flight.It consists of a certificate
and a medal.
