accepted in Adobe PDF 6.01 format or lower. Please download
both the Abstract
Preparation Instructions (also available in PDF
format) and Abstract Template
(Microsoft Word Document Template format (.dot)). Specific instructions for installing
the SBC06 template are provided in
the Abstract Preparation Instructions files above
- Be aware that the free
acrobat PDF file creator on the Adobe website is using version
7.0 and the use of it is discouraged
- If you are unable to use
the Abstract Template with your computer system, please download
the Abstract Layout
document (also available in PDF
format) which provides the appropriate margins, columns,
etc. to use in formatting your abstract. A sample
of the two page abstract is also available here.
- Before creating your abstract,
read the Abstract Preparation Instructions then follow the directions
on the use of the Abstract Template to create your abstract.
- Before
connecting to the abstract submission website, you will also
need to download the Copyright Transfer Form, have all co-authors sign it, scan and convert
it to a pdf file, and be ready to submit it with your abstract.
