Poster Presentations

Podium presentations are allotted a 15-minute time slot - including questions - unless otherwise designated in the program. A computer projection system will be provided for presentation purposes; authors are responsible to bring a laptop to connect to the projection system. No other modes of presentation will be available (e.g. no overhead projector, no slide projector, no VCR, etc.).

Poster presentations should be no more than 42 inches wide and 48 inches long (tall), and cannot extend beyond these boundaries. Authors should plan to bring their own mounting materials (thumb tacks, velcro, etc.) for attaching their poster to the display panel.

Authors are expected to mount their posters on provided panels by 7:30am and removed no earlier than 9pm on the day of their poster session.  Authors are expected to stand by their poster during the poster session to answer questions about their poster.

Note: The main information above was distributed to corresponding authors by email at the time of abstract acceptance and is repeated here as a reminder.
