Fluid
Applications and Systems Technical Committee
The Fluid Applications and Systems Technical
Committee (FASTC) is charged with the responsibility of
promoting advancement of fluid engineering technology. The
Committee's main function is to provide a forum for presentation
and exposure to recent advances in the areas of fluids machinery,
fluid transients, and industry & environmental applications.
FASTC members cooperate to organize symposia and forums in
these areas. The FASTC occasionally cooperates, with other
technical committees and coordinating groups, to promote activities
of mutual interest. The FASTC also organizes activities on
important current interest topics, such as the Panel on Industry/Academic
Communication
held during IMECE.
The FASTC invites you to participate in the planning, organization,
and presentation of symposia and forums at meetings of the
ASME Fluids Engineering Division. We are very interested in
new ideas to further improve our programs.
