The
underlying goal of the Materials Handling Engineering
Division is to develop its members. You will find MHED
activities to be of tremendous help in making valuable contacts
and staying abreast of new developments in the materials handling
engineering industry.
If you are professionally involved in any application of material
handling as a mechanical engineer, join us and help us advance
this wonderful, challenging and multi-faceted area of engineering
and technology. The Materials Handling Engineering Division
offers you the opportunity to grow, become involved and contribute.
As a MHED member, you automatically receive the division
newsletter. You will also be included in all
mailings to members who have an interest in Materials Handling
Engineering (e.g., a "Call for Papers," specific conference
announcements, etc.).

presently are a member of ASME, but wish to designate the

ASME Fellow(s)
The Fellow Grade is the highest elected grade
of membership within ASME, the attainment of which recognizes
exceptional engineering achievements and contributions to
the engineering profession.
- Did you know that one of the nicest things
you can do for your colleagues who are active members
of ASME is to honor them by nominating them for the ASME
Fellow Grade? Are you an ASME Fellow and would like to
nominate someone for it? It's easy! The basic requirement
is a minimun of 10 years of active service to ASME.
