underlying goal of the SWPD
is to develop its members. You will find SWPD activities to
be of tremendous help in making valuable contacts and staying
abreast of new developments in the solid waste processing
industry.
As a SWPD member, you automatically receive the division
newsletter. You will also be included in all
mailings to members who have an interest in solid waste management
(e.g., a "Call for Papers," specific conference announcements,
etc.).
Joining is simple!
If you presently are a member of ASME, but wish to
designate the SWPD as your primary Division, click
here to change your "Technical Interest."
If you are not an ASME member and would like to join the Society,
click here for information on membership benefits and an on-line
application form. When filling out the membership
application form, make sure to indicate "Solid Waste Processing
Division" as your first choice for Technical Division interest.
